Minute Book (Provincial)

Did you just incorporate your business? Your newly incorporated business will need a corporate Minute Book. A corporate Minute Book is a collection of documents that track the company’s activities.

What it includes:

  • Minutes of meetings
  • Resolutions of the directors and officers
  • Notices and registrations filed with the registry
  • Director’s register
  • Shareholders’ register
  • Share certificates
  • Share transfers

 

Once you have filled in the appropriate information, your Corporate Minute Book will be generated and sent to you via email. All that is left to do is sign where appropriate!
